Design Brief
Source the best grade of birch. Then after hand jigging/cutting, it is assembled using traditional 'mortise and tenon' joinery. Use high density foam, hand fit a durable double stitched leather/by-cast leather / fabric glove over the chasis.

Mortise and tenon joinery, high density foam, double stitching, 'ply vertebrae' in back of chair for complete lateral rigidity.
Material
Solid hardwood frame with birch and oak wood. Available in fabric, PU, Bi-cast or full leather.
