1 YEAR WARRANTY - FRAME

Vast Interior warrants the internal frame in its natural fibre outdoor products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship (1) one year from the date you, the original purchaser, purchased the product. Based on reasonable use.

 

1 YEAR WARRANTY - CUSHIONING

Vast Interior warrants the cushions in its natural fibre products to be free from abnormal loss of resiliency for a period of one (1) year from the date you, the original purchaser, purchased the product. This does not include the fabric covering, it is deemed normal for some fading to occur.

 

1 YEAR WARRANTY - NATURAL FIBRE

Vast Interior warrants the natural fibre on its woven products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date you, the original purchaser, purchased the product.

 

Claims should be made by the original purchaser through the original retail store from whom the Vast Interior lounge was purchased. Receipt must be retained and presented with your claim.
