Product Warranties

Vast Interior guarantees to repair or replace any product with a manufacturing or material defect, for a period of at least one year from date of purchase. This is provided that the defect is not a result of normal wear and tear, or a natural characteristic of the material used. The warranty does not cover products used for commercial purposes.

Your furniture must be cared for in accordance with the care instructions supplied.

Please note there is a five-year frame warranty on Vast leather, fabric and synthetic lounges. All other Vast Interior furniture, including sofabed and recliner mechanisms and Vast fabrics and materials are covered by a one-year warranty.

Please ensure that you keep your receipt in order to validate your warranty.

For claims within Australian and New Zealand your must contact the store where you originally purchased the product.

Leather Lounges

Vast love our leathers and have an extensive choice of designs upholstered in natural and protected leathers. All leather lounges have a five year frame warranty and one year warranty on leather, stitching and mechanisms.

Natural Fibre Lounges

Our natural fibre lounges have been crafted into beautiful designs that literally don't cost the Earth. Natural fibres and renewable resources such as sea grass, abaca or banana leaves are stripped and transformed into delicate but hard-wearing furniture products using age-old furniture production.

Synthetic Outdoor

Vast Interior's outdoor synthetic furniture is made with a sturdy aluminium or powder coated steel frame and hand woven with our revolutionised weather-proof 'Poly Peel' material.
